We are dedicated to building the capacity of your staff, volunteers and organization to undertake programme improvement work. Blue Gate Initiative will work in collaboration with your team to support your programme improvement. We bring to every project our expert advice, technical expertise, and innovative solutions. We understand the function and structure of workgroups and committees and our tried and tested project management methodology helps to keep your project on track. We offer training and consultation services on a wide range of topics including:

Research Capacity Building Training

Blue Gate Initiative is committed to supporting investigators early in their research careers through mentorship and professional development. The research training gives young investigators the opportunity to work one-on-one with experienced researchers for the planning, implementation and dissemination of research. This training runs at least twice a year.
